Organic Pomegranate Juice “La Imperfecta”
Made only from fresh pressed pomegranates — not from concentrate — grown at our Isla Rubí organic farm in Cullera (Valencia), 800m from the Mediterranean, without pesticides or chemicals.
We blend two pomegranate varieties: Granada Mollar, sweeter and juicier with large seeds and minimal bitterness, and Wonderful, more acidic and robust, giving the juice its structure, colour and body. Because each batch reflects the fruit harvested, colour and flavour can vary slightly from bottle to bottle.
The pomegranates are grown using only horse manure and plant-based fertiliser, with no pesticides, then hand-opened, cold-decanted and gently pasteurised. No water, sugar or colourants are added — nothing at all.

This juice is naturally produced and may contain sediment — shake well before drinking. Store in a cool place away from direct light; refrigerate after opening and consume within 7 days. Shelf life: one year from packaging. Suitable for vegans and gluten-free.
